Specialties
Our team specializes in the installation and maintenance of customized garden environments from big to small. Our focus is on creating a garden tailored to your specific needs and desires. We add tree and shrub islands to add life and diversity to large sprawling lawns. Container gardens spruce up patios, sitting areas, doorsteps, and windows. Raised beds and enclosed areas are perfect for growing edible fruits and vegetables fresh right near your kitchen door!
Our non-botanical specialties range from stone walkways, water gardens, and chimeneas to wood worked into rustic fences for edible gardens and raised beds or fine handmade patio furniture. Botanical decorating for holidays and parties is also a service we offer returning customers. Hanging baskets, table centerpieces and wreaths are popular with our clients.

Meet the Business Owner
Steve S.
Business Owner
I am a Horticulturalist by education and (garden) builder by trade. I grew up in Connecticut and had a relatively fun and happy childhood. I got hooked early on education and travel. I studied everything I could, literature, phycology, history and I ended up working and studying in Europe and Central America for 5 years. My thirties were spent in greenhouses and botanical gardens. I am intrigued by the endless possibilities of creating a garden space. Space to me is difficult to describe but impossible not to feel. It is created by all the elements of a garden; plantings, walls, pergolas and soil mounds. How these elements are entwined creates an atmosphere, and in a successful garden the feeling expressed will be happiness, security and peace. The patterns, types of symmetry, unity and relation to the buildings are an endless set of possibilities that are the backbone of great design. This backbone is my passion.
