Psychic Readings by Edith

I have gone to this man once with a friend a few months ago and haven’t written because I didn’t have a Unilocal account yet. He gave us very detailed accounts of our «future» and a few vague things about the present/​near future. We were really excited by how in depth he went about who we were gonna marry and what we were going to do with our lives. The fact that his reading was entertaining is literally the only reason I am giving him two stars instead of one. I was really excited to return to him, but this time I brought a different friend. Since my friend was gay, we were gonna use him to test and see if Robert was really legit by seeing if he would say my friend will marry a man or a woman. Anyways, we went to him and not only did he say my friend would marry a female and described her as «all woman», but he used some of the same lines WORD FOR WORD that he used on me. Don’t waste your money here.

He was spot on. My mom has gone twice and he was spot on for her both times. Edith was his mother, and he was very good I had both hands read for $ 25 which isn’t that bad. It was about 20 minute reading, and he was spot on About ALOT. There are a lot of psychics in the area– but I think if you’re looking for a psychic go to this one… I know people are writing that he may be a little rude, but I could care less because I just want my fortune told, and I think he’s right about a lot of things. I just think it’s worth it.

Went here back in April. I didn’t get read after I saw my sister get read. She said the psychic was dead wrong and very rehearsed. His food delivery came in the middle of her reading. And he kept interrupting to tell people to come back later. Hard to take seriously and I am one who believes in tarot cards and psychics. I’ve gone to other good ones but this I think is phony.

I wanted to get a reading, but the man (I’m assuming is Edith) was extremely rude and told me to come back in 30 minutes. I’m fine with waiting, but a little courtesy is appreciated especially if I’m going to give you my money for services.

I called to make an appt. And a very nasty person answered the phone. He or she or IT, was rude and acted as if it didn’t really matter if the got my business or not. I can’t imagine this is a very spiritual place with that level of negativity!

This place has such a warm and loving energy and so spot on! As he was describing people and events both in the past and future I knew exactly what he was talking about. Would highly recommend.

Ok I give the place this rating because it’s the lowest it will allow.
I just called to simply find out the hours of operations and a VERY rude and bitter sounding man answered. Didn’t say hello didn’t identify the establishment and when I asked was this Edith’s he answered harshly «I AM Edith what do you want?»
I said I want to check your hours of operation. He then barked gruffly
«we make our own hours if you want an appointment you have to call»
What the What??? I was stunned. What an Angry energy!
Horrible he was just horrible.
Just a nasty guy on the phone.
Why would I call back?!!
It’s sad because I heard his Mother who was the REAL EDITH was a dear woman and wonderful medium. This guy was quite simply a Jerk. I can’t help wondering what Edith would say about how her memory is being preserved.

Did find out from friends that he has a sister who is supposedly a psychic too and pretty good. She has a shop at the other end of Main street near the bridge. I’ll will see if I can find her instead.

I’ve been to several psychics in the past — some who seem to rush through readings and give you very generic information that anyone could have thought up, and could apply to really anyone. Others have been thorough, and seem to hit the nail right on the head.
For me, the gentleman at Edith’s readings (whose name I unfortunately forget) was in the latter category. He was spot on!
My bf and I went in on a whim. I had wanted to do a couples tarot card reading for a while, and this spot just felt right. Unfortunately, he didn’t offer a couple’s reading, or even a group discount, so each of our readings (short at only 15 minutes) was the full price at $ 30 each. He did throw in a «free» crystal ball question (which added on is usually $ 5), but the crystal ball reading was basically him just telling us what we wanted to hear about our love life (i.e.: we’re gonna be very happy together forever. Nice, but not sure I bought the validity of the crystal ball).
My tarot card reading was scary accurate. He knew a lot about my past that was spot-​on correct — and knew a lot about my general personality and experiences. In the cards, he brought up some questions I have been struggling with lately about my relationship, career, and future. He couldn’t have known I had been struggling with such specific questions and issues, if it hadn’t been in the cards. His general advice and guidance about my future felt very genuine, and will definitely help me to make the right decisions for my future. It felt less like a prediction, and more like a spiritual guidance. He knew what I was struggling with, and was able to give me the guidance to help me move forward and grow.
On the other hand, my boyfriend’s reading seemed a bit random. It was loosely related to his life and experiences, but wasn’t quite what he was looking for. It had some random experiences that didn’t really relate to his life — or were very loosely related and unimportant to him. The predictions about his path and future seemed way off, and really not the future he had planned for himself. (i.e.: plans of being a father, water sports, settling down — whereas my boyfriend doesn’t have those things in his plan at all). I took it as kind of a sign that the future is unpredictable, and the way my boyfriend thinks his life will turn out, isn’t actually what’s «in the cards». But, it’s hard to tell at this point. I suppose we’ll see what happens in the next few years, and if it is correct or not!
All in all, we were happy to have paid the price. It was a fun experience, and helped us to feel confident and at peace with our futures.

Let me start off by saying that I am very cautious and have my guard up when it comes to getting readings done. My g/​f and I were on an impromptu trip to new hope when we decided to get readings and hoped for the best.
This guy definitely was worth the risk! he was so on point it was scary! (in a good way lol). He started off with doing a palm reading with my g/​f and just listening to what he was telling her I knew I was going to have a good experience as well. I was so excited when my turn came. I decided to get a tarot card reading and boy am I glad I did! He told me a lot of accurate things about myself and I learned a lot of new things. one of the first things he said to me was that I would be going through some big changes very soon and that part of it would be that I’d be dropping a lot of weight… soon as he said that I knew he was not just bullshitting me on the other stuff bc he had no idea bout this… BUT… I have a surgery scheduled for July of this year to have the gastric sleeve operation. Once he mentioned that, he had my undivided attention bc like I said there was no way he was just «generalizing» or reading my body language or anything like that.
Overall, we had a great experience! It was a little pricey. but it was money well spent!
I think he charged $ 20 for one palm, $ 25 for two, $ 30 for tarot reading, $ 40 for crystal ball… in case anyone wants to know ahead of time before heading to him.
