The Studio is a contemporary art gallery on the first floor and a hair studio on the second, delivering an artistic experience unlike any other and has been named Best of Bucks Art Gallery in both 2013 and 2014. Open our door and discover the art that’s been missing from your living space then walk up the stairs into the salon and enjoy a fresh cut and color from skilled stylist Terry Meehan! The Studio combines her two passions — contemporary art and creating the perfect hair styles for her clients. Terry offers cuts, color, and styles to both men and women in a relaxing, inspiring environment. Complimentary conditioning treatments accompany all color painting appointments to keep your hair looking healthy and the color vibrant while sideburn and neckline trims are also complimentary in the weeks following your cut and style!

History

Established in 2012.

Since opening its doors in 2012, The Studio has already been named a finalist for «Best Haircut» by Bucks Happening in 2013 and declared the winner for «Best Art Gallery» in 2013,2014 and 2015! Cheers to many more years of sharing beautiful art and incredible hair styling with our New Hope friends.

Terry M.

Business Owner

A straight shooter with a sharp wit and more than 30 years with shears, Terry shapes and styles hair into a cut that suits just you. There may be flowers on the wall, but Terry is no wallflower. Slide into The Chair and immerse yourself in Terry’s vibrant, creative process. She Like many creatives who explore multiple outlets, Terry found that a blank canvas and oil palette offered many of the same things she loved about creating haircuts to suit her clients.

As her love for and talent with painting grew, Terry began thinking about how she could combine her two creative passions. After dreams turned into location searching, The Studio became a reality. The Studio is an inviting, casual space where guests are always welcome and art is always in progress.
