Had a great experience here the other day when I came in for Service (Oil Change). Called on a Thursday to schedule an afternoon Friday appointment and didn’t have an issue getting one around the time I was looking. Dropped my car off and they were on time, friendly and professional. Asked that they leave the keys in my car for an after-​hours pickup, reminding them that I had the OnStar RemoteLink app and could unlock my car with my phone. Got there and my car was washed, oil was changed and the keys were under the floor mat waiting for me to take my car home. Such a nice, rare convenience.

Tony Whiteman, hands down the best, most honest car dealer I have ever had the pleasure working with. I’m from Rochester hills, MI. After driving to about 6 different Chevy dealers and getting pushed over with pricing, I finally arrived to new Hudson where I was recommended to by a friend. Sure enough Tony lived up to his reputation and got me into the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. Thank you for a great new car experience.

When I took my 12 year old truck here for a blower issue I was told that the problem probably involved the resistors to the tune of approximately $ 400. I was also told that the blower motor could be broken as well, which would cost another $ 400 or so. I knew right then that my bill would be north of $ 800.
Since I didn’t even drop my truck off till noon on a Friday, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Emily (who was fantastic to deal with) around 6:00 telling me that my truck was ready.
I was shocked when Emily also told me that the blower motor did not need to be replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars. This honesty is much appreciated and is the main reason we’ll be bringing our Buick here for service.

While in California on vacation we rented a Chevy Cruze that we enjoyed driving quite a bit. My primary vehicle was over 12 years old and pushing 200K miles, so we decided to look into purchasing a new car. When Chevy offered 72 months of 0% APR and no payments until summer, we decided to look into the Cruze. We started at Marty Feldman in Novi and had a terrible experience. The customer service was horrible and when I was passed off to a manager things only got worse. I was disappointed, because we were ready to pull the trigger on the purchase. Wanting to completely avoid MF in Novi, I contacted Liberty in South Lyon/​New Hudson. I understand that Liberty is not a completely different dealership than Feldman, but at least I was able to send my small commission to a different sales team. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a quote that was lower than Feldman in Novi. We dealt with a young sales guy named Matt. He was extremely personable and was a great communicator. After a few test drives and a lot of paperwork, we drove away with a brand new Cruze. If you are interested in looking for a new or used car, I suggest you contact them first and stay away from their cousin in Novi.

I’ve been happy with them so far. I’ve been coming here off-​and-​on for about 6 years now, and even bought my 2010 Malibu from here. Of course, the agents’ turnover rate is high, so the people I worked with then (hell, the ones I may have seen last week) might not be there. But my car purchase went smoothly. I’ve only had one defect to get serviced on my car, and both times they covered it (the second time was well out of warranty, but it was the same issue, so I pressed and they agreed). Oil changes, especially with the periodic coupons, are reasonably priced. Some of the service workers I’ve found are competent, not pushy, and have stuck around for many years. I’ve never had an issue with any of them.
It’s the car salesmen area that gets iffy. Sometimes you’ll just get a guy/​girl that wants to push you into a car, even after you say you’re just looking. I understand it’s their job to sell, but it’s also their job to listen that I’m just looking, right?
Anyway, I’ve had no reason not to come here, and that’s saying a lot for dealership experience. And I’ve been here a good dozen times in the past several years.
UPDATE: Moved from 4-​star to a 5-​star. This has now become my car-​stop even for simple oil changes. We brought my wife’s Vue in for an oil change on the most recent visit. No problem using the $ 10 coupon I got in the mail. They checked a few things for us (belt, battery, etc) for free; they helped replace (and showed us!) how to install our back windshield wiper because we couldn’t get the damn thing off; and the whole thing was $ 20. They were really backed up the day we went, but they still went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. They always do, and until that stops, I’ll continue having my cars serviced here, and likely buy my next car here, too.

Great dealer, great service. I’d highly recommend them.

DO NOT give these guys your phone number. They will haunt you to the grave with calls. They even third party sold my number. Argh.

I am very happy with the entire process from making the appointment, to a very courteous greeting, follow up and workmanship. It is an obvious team environment. I am very glad I found this dealership for future service.
I was able to get an appointment when needed. I had my first routine maintenance and it went very well.
Many auto dealerships still wreak of chauvinism, but not this one. I thought everyone was fair.
Also, it seems to be a newer dealership, or one that is very clean. It did not smell of the old oil and smoke that many dealerships still have lingering in the air.
I will be back when needed.

Although it was literally an ALL DAY experience, I am so glad that the outcome really expressed their diligence with helping me. The only thing I must note is that it seems like my car may have a few bugs (it burns through gas and it seems like it stalls a bit when I accelerate).I’m not sure about that– I wish that they had a bigger inventory of the car that I wanted to choose from. I also went there based on their inventory stated on their website as early as the morning while we were driving there– but when we arrived none of the cars I wanted (based on their stated inventory) were available. — but overall… I’m happy with my experience.

I didn’t have a bad experience here, I took it in for a synthetic oil change, spark plugs and windshield wipers. The service guy I spoke to was very polite and not pushy at all.
You have to call to make an appointment, I took it in on a Saturday and I think they were done with everything in 2 hours. They also called me to let me know a bracket had broken off my exhaust as well.
Nothing exceptional, but not bad either, I am considering taking it back for some bigger issues, be prepared to be without your vehicle for a few days though.

NEVER buy a car from this dealership! They post ads for their cars on Craigslist as «owners» not «dealers» and give misleading and deceptive information in their ads including pictures that are NOT of the car for sale. We drove all the way to Milford under the pretense that we were meeting an owner. When we arrived, we waited un unbelieveably long time for a salesman to bring around a car that was NOT the car in the ad. Obviously, we chose not to do business with them. Shockingly, they received a «D» from the Better Business Bureau…

This dealership could easily be a poster child for what’s wrong with dealerships.
Examples:
1) They charge $ 50 just to LOOK at your car and diagnose (or verify) a problem, and that’s just a starting point. The meter is still running after that. TIP: Go somewhere else first that does not charge a fee to evaluate your vehicle.
2) I had them estimate a simple brake job. Their itemized list and quote was over $ 150 more expensive compared to the exact same service (same part #s and everything) from a different Chevy dealer a few miles down the road.
3) Regardless of your wishes or existing equipment, and regardless of what dealer you actually purchased your car from, if you pull your car into their service lane, they will (and DO) install a advertisement frame over your license plate.
4) Staff was cold and off putting. At least they didn’t try to hard sell you on services or products though.
5) When having any service done, the secretary is the one you talk to, which means it takes four times as long to have a conversation because she plays intermediary for any questions/​concerns/​comments/​clarifications/​etc.
6) The upside though is that they did take care of a warranty issue (though #1 still applied and they only waived that $ 50 after having it repaired right then and there).
They are quite convenient, but I can not and do not recommend them.
My experience with them is that they are not customer service oriented.
