I cannot express enough how great my experience with Eric at QuickTech was last week. I work from home for a Fortune 500 company and live close to QuickTech. I had a very large presentation that I had been working on for several weeks on my desktop — along with a lot of other files I needed. The day before the meeting my hard drive crashed and my computer screen went totally black. The IT department at my company told me I had to ship the computer to them and it would take at least 5 days to get my computer back to me. Thankfully I called QuickTech. Eric told me to bring it in and he would look at it immediately. He took out my hard drive and was able to recover all documents on my desdtop within 15 minutes and saved me a lot of extra work and time. When the IT department at my company looked at my hard drive they told me it was totally lost and there was nothing they could do. I cannot thank Eric and QuickTech enough for their expertise and excellent customer service!
