No loaded mash today sorry laura none for you Disappointed on two things today the chicken was dry usually much more juicy. And one of our corn breads was hard like a rock!

On their Unilocal pages, Boston Market is categorized as «comfort food.» Based on my experience, the name is fitting. Whenever you’re looking for a satisfying meal that will really satiate your craving for home-style traditional American food, this restaurant hits the spot. Their chicken is standard rotisserie-style, baked in a rotating oven. The seasoning on the skin is decent, but the meat is often on the dry side. While the chicken is nothing special, their sides are excellent. I have tried many of them including mashed potatoes, seasoned corn, stuffing, mac and cheese, baked potatoes, string beans and the creamed spinach. I’ve never been served any sides that did not meet expectations. My absolute favorite is the creamed spinach. It is creamy, seasoned perfectly, and delicious; a perfect complement to the chicken. The sides are so tasty that I often stop by just to purchase them individually. The only downside is that ordering this way is expensive. One large side costs approximately $ 5 each. Nonetheless, sometimes the price is worth it when you are seeking delicious sides to accompany your meal. I have only eaten their chicken, but they offer turkey, ribs and meat loaf as well. Service is usually friendly and fast. Whenever I visit this location, there is hardly any line so the wait times are entirely acceptable. Another positive is that they are located fairly close to my home. I will be returning often to this location when I am seeking their self-proclaimed«comfort food.»

Was here this past Sunday to pick up some dinner to go. My hubby wanted the ¼ rack of ribs which they ran out of. He then ordered some dark meat with two sides. Creamed Spinach and green beans. I also got some chicken noodle soup which was delicious and hit the spot. The dark meat was very juicy and flavorful. I think I will order some for myself next time. The line was long but it moved at a reasonable pace. The workers behind the counter were very courteous. Their other sides available looked delicious. The yellow rice, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, red potatoes and macaroni and cheese all looked so tempting. I am happy there is a Boston Market in this area. It smells heavenly, pretty clean and spacious! Perfect for lunch or dinner!

This is one of the worst boston market I ever been to. The cashier is mean, the server are cheap. The first time I went there, they gave me a little leg and thigh. Which was so tiny, it’s not enough for babies. I gave it a second chance, the server is so cheap, she would take stuff out of the plate. The person behind me said it’s not enough and she would ignored him. Then the cashier is so meAn, she just go to the back and not take care of me, then she took care of the people of take out. Finally the other came and I paid and got my food. Worst service ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come. Dirty place! Bad services! Mean people!

This place really fell off. Before it was«ok» but now the staff clearly do not care. I went inside only to find a poor offering of empty trays behind the counter, and no staff. eventually some one came out. She looked at me and walked to the soda machine. She just stared at me while getting her refill. After she filled her drink simply walked back into the kitchen like i wasn’t there. That’s when I noticed the other worker in break. She too was staring at me but made no attempt to acknowledge me. Overall poor service and quality. I will not go back or recommend.

They’re a bit too skimpy with the portions at this BM. I can eat lunch basically anywhere for what a ½ chicken dinner costs at BM, — $ 12 for ½ chicken, 1 short scoop of watery«macaroni ‘n cheese» and a scoop of mashed potatoes with a drink. They have basically priced themselves out of the lunch market for this area. They also tend to be somewhat disorganized at the register which does delay things. Really a 2 ½ star place.

I went there at dinner time yesterday. It was the first experience to go Boston Market for me. I saw Boston Market on the TV show«Undercover Boss» and I had been interested. This place was a little bit depressing to eat in, so I didn’t. I just ordered to go. They didn’t look that busy, but some tables in the back of restaurant was left dirty with customers leftovers. Someone should clean it. My boyfriend had been Boston Market few times, but never been this one. He said other Boston Market was not dirty as this one. Food was okay.

My dad is not the type of person to eat fast food, but loves Boston Market, so he takes me here at times. His excuse is that it is fast service –not fast food. This location is always clean and at times can be very busy. There is minimal parking in the front and bigger lot in the back, which you can only access from the road behind it. I’ve never had a problem with their food, chicken has always been consistently good, sometimes a bit on the dry side, but mostly good. I do however love their sides, loaded mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, etc. It’s hard to choose at times between the options. The cornbread is always a nice little touch but it is nothing to write home about. There’s ample seating ad the restaurant is pretty well laid out, very open and a good view. Even if it looks busy the line moves pretty well depending on who is ordering.

My family ordered our Thanksgiving meal from here, as we were all too lazy to cook. This is a typical Boston Market.

Your basic Boston Market. They have food that is both out of the rotisserie and also food under the hot lamps. Service is quick and curt. DOESDELIVER!

Chicken and fixins. We used this place to cater a small in-office lunch for one of my employees who is moving to another job(in actuality it is my intern who came 2.5 years ago and never left…) I was able to use their website to place my order and everything went perfectly. For $ 20 they will deliver and set up everything which worked out good. The goodies arrived a few minutes earlier than the time frame we picked which was fine. All in all, it was exactly what we order although the only thing was that the mashed potatoes could have been larger — it just didn’t seem like enough to us. I would definitely use them again for this kind of lunch.
