I love the friendly staff here. They understand the frustrations a renter might encounter and work with you. I’ve never gotten a 100% clean car so make sure you check for garbage when you get a car here. It might be pricier than other rentals but here you get a level of standard that most places don’t provide.

One of the smaller Hertz rental centers I have dealt with. The staff, however, it quite accommodating, albeit they are all very young. They are polite and willing to help you with any concerns. The only down side is the location and the set up of the parking lot that it shares with a repair shop.

They are a bunch of liars and rude people!!! Horrible experience with them! Don’t leave your debit card on file if you book with them. If they ask you if you want to purchase the extra insurance tell them NO! Their representative sold me their insurance coverage on false pretenses telling me my insurance did not cover the rental. Which I later found out that they did however they did not want to refund me the money. I called their customer service and they informed me that their representatives are allowed to tell me whatever they want. When I asked them even if it was a lie they stated yes. They said I was ultimately responsible and are not going to refund me the money. I will never use Hertz again!
