OMG Can you believe?, the Arnold Feed and Garden Store employee told me that birds «do not eat grass seed» I went there to buy some hay to cover recently planed grass seed. I was then told i meant straw, and that all he had was bails, «that was more than I needed» suggesting and selling me some mulch. I found out that would not keep the birds «that do eat bird seed» from eating it. I then found «a great lawn and garden store «Kubrick Lawn & Garden» 329 Coxcomb Hill Rd. that sold me Peet Moss, a half brick at a reasonable priceand I spread it on top of the grass seed to keep the (birds from eating it), thus far.
