First time visit here after adopting two cats. The staff was very friendly and the vet was great with the cats. I will definitely be returning!

Only giving this place a star cause I have too. Manager Debbie has no management or people skills. My cat had an operation here last Tuesday vet said there was problems, I got to take my cat home Thursday by Friday both feet were swelled and his left paw he would not put weight on it. I called them and let them know they told me to watch him closely. Saturday his left foot was bleeding brought him in they put a bandage on it and was told to come back Tuesday or Monday if he get the bandage off before Tuesday. Monday they called to see if bandage was still on I said yes they then said to bring him in on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I got there 8 am waited 2 hours to tell me he foot was still not healed and now his dewclaw was aggravated and it is now my fault. His bandage is now up to his shoulder for another 3 days and they wanted to charge me saying it is my fault??? I did not put the bandage on or botch the surgery. They then told me to leave after Debbie the managed yelled at me and said I was a bad pet owner and told me never to come back again. Now I have a cat with bandages and open wounds. So they do not even think they should finish their services !!! Do not go there if you want to keep your animals healthy. True the doctor did make arrangements to se my cat a few times. With a vet tech, when my husband on the last visit wanted to talk to you directly and discuss these issues at the last visit he was told it would be 47.50. Not sure if you know what your front desk people say in response to asking to ask you a question, I never had a problem with the doctors there they have alway been in some ways the best doctors my pets have ever seen it is just the people we have to go through to get to the doctor.

I recommend this vet to all pet owners! Everyone here is genuinely nice, and always super accommodating.

Excellent health care for your pets! Appointments are on time, and the Dr. is patient and thorough, you definitely sense that he actually cares about your pet and you. Your pets condition will be explained in detail. Our 3 year old dog ate a piece of mouse poison one early morning. We called the vet in a panic and they told us exactly what to do, which was induce vomiting with hydrogen peroxide. It worked, the dog vomited all of his stomach contents, and we took hm to the vet. They kept him for examination for a day, and then he came home with a prescription that he had to take for several weeks. One of the girls that works there even stopped by on her day off to visit him. Our pet came through with flying colors! He is now as healthy as he can be. Doing some internet research, we discovered that the particular type of poison he swallowed was especially dangerous, and we thought for sure we would lose him. Thanks Cedar Way!
