My husband recently bought a 2004 Jeep Cherokee from Chicago Internet Auto, they were very nice to work with and the transaction went smooth. We did buy the car as is and they also gave us a warranty. After getting the car home the next day my husband noticed that when h went over 45 miles a hour there was a bad vibration, we called them they said bring the car back, they tested it said leave it here we will check it out. They called it needed ujoints and a drive shaft which they replaced it free of charge and the Jeep is running great! They do stand behind their cars ! Awesome and we are very happy.

I had a good experience here. I live in Chicago and wanted a used car to get me to family in Ohio and back, plus the occasional grocery run. Found a good car at a good price.
They were super nice, fast, and fair with the price. When I looked at dealerships in the city I was treated (as a female) with so much disrespect. The guys here were so easy to work with and answered all of my questions!

I bought my car from here two years ago and not only did I discover we naively paid well over what my car was worth, but I was in an accident yesterday and my driver’s side airbags failed to deploy. This is the first time I’ve needed airbags since we bought it and thank God I found out mine failed in a 30 mph collision and not when I was on the highway in a high risk crash. My insurance company as well as my doctor at the ER were both quite concerned that no routine safety checks were provided before I bought this car. Initially, I felt safe buying from them but now I see I was mislead. I was told they did safety inspections on my car, it hadn’t been in any accidents prior to me buying it, etc but one look at the Car Fax and they lied through their teeth to me and my parents. Also, when I bought the car they provided only one key with the fob but wouldn’t bring the price down, so if I had ever locked my keys in the car or anything like that I would be screwed. Getting another key made with the electronic component my car needs to start would have been hugely expensive. Be safe and don’t shop here.

We purchased a car from them on Saturday. They are easy to deal with, the car had a small item that needed repair and they took care of it. Pete the owner that we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Very fair and easy to deal with!!!
