If you need a website, avoid this company. I hired them thinking they knew how to design websites. Red flag was what the company’s website looks like, second red flag is what the examples they have on their website. I sent a questionnaire and Bill the owner said he could incorporate them and build a sophisticated website. After a month of a half and the designer MIA for 2 weeks and me sending them 5 word documents showing them how to format and space things… wait isn’t that what a web designer job? Don’t use them, you can use your money on better companies or even design it yourself. The owner is unprofessional and unethical!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice there and the work is fast and excellent! I’ve had two repairs done there and intend on coming back with everything I break. The owner and technicians are just amazing and they always do prompt work! A+ will definitely do business with the again!

On the 25^th (after confirming I was in service range and price was acceptable) I scheduled an appointment via online form for service on the 30^th.
They were supposed to confirm via e-​mail, but I didn’t receive anything. So on the 29^th I contacted them to confirm we were set for service the next day.
Their response was «that I was not within their service range» even though the form clearly states I was in their service range and they accepted my credit card for that address.
So, in conclusion, I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but they have awful customer service.
All they had to do was any of the following:
1. Not advertise that they can service my zip code if they can’t
2. Contact me ASAP and let me know their was a mistake and they can’t help me.
Instead, they did nothing and it set my project back a week.

Nick is a good guy to have in your corner! He is the only person I trust with my computer. Even from 1700 miles away, he still keeps my laptop running in tiptop shape!
