Specialties
Chicagoland interfaith minister and ceremony officiant performing customized wedding ceremonies outdoors or on-site, at-home baptism/naming ceremonies, ash-spreading ceremonies, home blessings, etc. Your ceremony should be a reflection of you, your personality, and spirit. Any special request will be considered, and there’s an option to fit nearly any budget.
History
Established in 2009.
After I left a wonderful job teaching junior high (I know, pubescents, but really, I loved it) to focus on raising my two young boys, I decided to turn my interest in world religions, knack for public speaking, and enjoyment in working with people into a new career path that I’m very excited about. I love offering people the ability to get as creative with their ceremonies as they want or need, because, after all, it’s supposed to be «their day.» I help them keep it that way.

My philosophy is that most religious beliefs (barring harmful contemplations) hold powerful truths and are just different paths to a similar destination — to live a productive and happy life while making the world a better place than it was when we found it before we move on to the next existence, whatever that may be. While we may differ in color and culture, we share far more similarities than we do differences, and even if we don’t always agree with each other, we can certainly respect each other enough to make the effort for understanding.
