Omg what happened, this was the best pizzeria in the area hands down. Whatever they sent me last night would be considered inhuman if it were served to convicts. There must be new management there or they are completely going out of their way to destroy their reputation. I don’t know where I’m going to get my pizza fix anymore. Oh and I also the eggplant parm, that was a disgrace too.

Terrible customer service and very mediocre pizza. I’ve tried to support them since they are a local business, but after tonight’s experience, I will never order from them again.

Finally ordered for delivery. Got a pie, half roni and a meatball parm sub. The sub was good, but the pie wasn’t. Totally different pizza than when I got a slice from there. Kinda like the pizza you would get at a Chuckie Cheese, you may as well get a frozen pizza which would have more taste to it and be cooked better. Delivery was quick and the person on the phone/delivery guy were very nice so at least there is that. No mangia here for me.

Awful pizza; soggy, doughy, tasteless, and way too expensive. They get $ 3.99 for a slice with pepperoni. Give me a break. What a ripoff. The owner said the slices were larger than average, but they really weren’t that much larger. This place typifies everything I hate about most of the pizza made in northern NJ. This stuff is garbage. Go elsewhere.

I eat at Sopranos pretty often and for the most part are fond of the food. But recently I ordered and they had forgotten part of the order. Now this is a simple mistake and I’m not mad at the fact that it was made, but I’m frustrated with the fact that instead of admitting to the mistake they denied it, and explained how that what I ordered was no longer inclusive of the meal. This being after I was put on hold and heard two people bicker over the mistake they had made. My friends eat at the place often as well and they too have had problems with certain employees being nasty with them. Their food is satisfactory but I just wish they would work on there customer satisfaction.

I’ve been eating Soprano’s pizza for a very long time and tonight is the 2nd time in the last few months they really did a terrible job with the pizza(not their gourmet slices, their regular pizza). They have always normally been a solid pick in the area but something has changed. Ordered a large pie, half pepperoni, well done. When it arrived is was not cooked evenly/thoroughly, and was in no way well done. Half the pie with the pepperoni was sitting in a river of oil and grease(was completely soggy). I tried heating it up a bit to crisp the crust up but it was too wet from the oil. The pepperoni side was a mess — the majority of the pepperoni was on two slices and when I tried to separate the rest of the slices the cheese fell off three of the slices(wasn’t sliced well in the first place). I get it, it’s PIZZA, but Soprano’s has always done such a great job I wonder what is different in their kitchen these days … will be a long time before I order from them again :-(

I don’t live in new Milford but whenever I come to visit, I usually stop by to order a slice. I usually order their crispy chicken tender slice, which I find to be one of the best tasting slices around. Their slices are huge compared to other pizza joints. As odd as it sounds, although I feel like I got food poisoning for a week from eating here, I would visit them again. If you want to try a place that makes good pizza and big slices, then I recommend trying this place out.

Pizza is really good and the slices are huge, price is very good and the staff is very friendly. Owner is always around if you have any problems which is always good. In addition, their soprano wrap is really good and the grandma slice is fresh and delicious.

It’s the best pizza in its area, Romans is a close second. Pizza is always solid, good mussels and garlic bread, stromboli is really tasty. But my favorite thing on the menu might be the antipasto salad with their house vinaigrette. Huge portion with tons of meat on top.

Bacon, chicken, ranch pizza — divine!!! I’ve been here a few times for lunch! Their pizza is pretty good, not the best I’ve had, but pretty good! Their slices are HUGE, one is generally enough, especially their Sicilian slices! Pretty clean, and friendly staff! Lunch time gets a little crazy with the high school being next door, so be prepared to wait. Prices are on par with most pizza places around! They do charge an additional $.35 if you use a card, and there is a delivery charge. One thing I didn’t care for. I was here with a co worker for lunch one day, as we were walking in, we saw one of the workers smoking a cigarette. As we stood there waiting for our slice to heat up, the worker who was outside, walked back in and took the next costumer, WITHOUT washing his hands! Grossed me out a little bit, luckily my slice was already in the oven!

Soprano’s Pizzeria has delicious pizza! My boyfriend and I usually order the gorgonzola slice and the vodka sauce slice — both are yummy. We’ve also gotten the chicken parmesan which was good. It’s a tiny bit pricey(for special slices) but overall I highly recommend this place!

Love the«Boardwalk» slices and the tangy/sweet sauce. They also have the best Penne Ala Vodka slice in the area.

I’ve only had a plain slice or two each time I go. Actually, I had two slices on my first visit. The slices are large. Now I just grab one and I am more than satisfied. I think the slices with toppings are a bit pricey. The locals do say the other food prepared here is very good. I will have to broaden my horizons during future visits to provide a more in-depth review.

This is my go to take-out italian joint. Been here many times and have tried many items on their menu. Still have not been disappointed. Their pizza is great, best in the area in my opinion. The dinners and pastas are delicious also. Must try the sandwiches also. Weather hot or cold, they are huge and inexpensive. Prices are right, food is great, staff is friendly but they do charge for delivery.

I have been going to Sopranos since they opened and I was pleasantly surprised to find their pizza’s terrific! I have become quite addicted to their pizza’s in fact. I’m going back again tonight. One of the better newer Pizza parlors around.

Found this pizza place by accident, meaning, their flyer was stuck in our door. normally that all gets tossed. Well not this time, instead every other pizza menu has been tossed! Best pizza we have found in the area, ordered the Mushroom pie, holy cow, Mushrooms were clearly and deliciously sauteed in garlic and Olive oil, holy crap were they tasty. I specifically asked for well done, as we love the bottom to be crispy and it was PERFECT. if you are looking for Awesome Pizza in your mouth, it is found at Soprano’s 368 River Road New Milford.
