This is my favorite coffee spot in Midcity. The coffee is decent and the location is great. CCs is the only place in NOLA I’ve found that has consistent wifi. They’ve got plentiful indoor and outdoor seating and even an extra spot in the back if you need a quiet place to work. I often meet my friends from midcity here for coffee or a quick bite. While there are a few coffee spots I like in other neighborhoods better, this is my go to spot in midcity.

coffee is OK. Wifi is good, pastries are good. Very much like a Starbucks.

I live across the street and used to go every morning on my way to work. Not anymore. The management could care less about their customers. They are inconsistent. Some of the staff is awesome. Some are straight up rude. One of their managers always hides in the back during the rush. I don’t have time to wait 15 min for a drink on my way to work. My girlfriend and I spent about $ 60-$ 70 a week combined there but now maybe $ 20 a month tops. Enough was enough. I’d rather go to the bean gallery or CCs on Metairie Road. They need new management and a GM that cares.
