Crescent Cookery is a New Orleans based catering company specializing in Southern and New Orleans cuisine. We provide caterings for office lunch deliveries, private dinners, TV and film productions, holiday functions or party platters for gameday and Mardi Gras season. We will work with you regarding special dietary needs or requests including vegetarian, vegan and healthy options.

Crescent Cookery also sells many of the products used in our own recipes, including seasoning mixes, garlic cheese spread and preserves, and we ship! Let us work with you to provide you with excellent food and reliable service.

Business Owner

Matthew has always had a passion for food that was instilled in him while cooking with his mother at a very young age. After finishing Louisiana Tech University, Matthew attending Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC where he sharpened his culinary skills. He has since worked with some of the best chefs in New Orleans and around the South, all the while crafting his own culinary style. He has founded Crecent Cookery with the goal of providing a local New Orleans catering service that can provide you with the flavors and techniques he has learned over his many years in the industry.
