Entercom is a parent company that has several radio stations in the New Orleans area, one of them Bayou 95.7. Through the most amazing of luck, I won tickets to see Journey (don’t laugh) just before my birthday and had to head down to the office during lunch one day to pick up my tickets. So, the bad first: the office is in a building on Poydras, which means parking is a pain. I wound up parking two blocks away on Magazine, which was close, but again I had fantastic luck that week. The good: the building reception as well as the desk for prize pick up were amazingly polite and helpful. Great work and great customer service.
