EZ Park Garage

This is a nice garage — big spaces, easy in and out. The problem is that they’re greedy jerks. At least 75% of their spaces are leased to those who work in the Place St Charles high rise across the street (their garage is full, and spaces are small) — but EZ Park won’T allow contract parkers to use their garage over «special event dates.» Okay, understandable — but now they’re telling all of us that they can change, and add to, the special event dates — whenever they want. In January, they’ve now decided that SIX DIFFERENT STANDARD WORKDAYS are «special event days» due to BCS/​Sugar bowl and no contract parkers can use the garage unless they pay the $ 50 ‘special event day’ rate. each day.
That’s CONTRACT parkers — the ones who spend $ 250/​month to park here so they can work. Calls to management about this are ignored, and when you finally do get someone, they are exceedingly unhelpful and just say that they’re allowed to do this per contract and they don’t care. They are offering no credit ($) for the six business days that contract parkers are prevented from using their garage — and they are offering no alternate places to park.
Don’t get a contract here. Terrible garage.
