Never needed to use Title Insurance in the past and wondered why it was necessary at the time of this sale. An attorney told me not to buy title insurance, that if a Title Company performed a thorough search and found the title is clear, it’s a one-​time thing, so why get insurance? I’m here to say, it turns out that Title Insurance may actually be important after all. I will give First American a 3-​star A-​OK rating for now but the jury is still out. To Be Continued.
