Founded in 2005 by Scott Galante, and joined by his partner Sal Bivalacqua shortly thereafter, the firm handles a variety of complex matters that require zealous advocacy and exceptional courtroom skills. Scott’s practice is focused primarily on asbestos claims, catastrophic injuries, and civil litigation. He also joins his partner, Sal Bivalacqua, in the firm’s business and admiralty practice.

Scott Galante, the managing partner of Galante & Bivalacqua, is a trial lawyer who has spent his entire legal career litigating on behalf of injured plaintiffs.

From an early age, Scott felt a strong desire to help people. His legal work is an extension of this natural inclination to do good for others whenever possible.

He has dedicated his career to helping injured people who have been unjustly harmed and need help navigating the intricacies of our legal system. He has secured multi-​million dollar recoveries for mesothelioma victims and has helped countless others dealing with catastrophic injuries obtain the compensation they require and deserve.
