Established in 2015.

Erica May Lotz founded the Law Office of Erica May Lotz, LLC after 7 years as a criminal prosecutor. Her time as a Special Prosecutor in Domestic Violence inspired her to continue working with those that need assistance dealing with complex domestic issues. Divorce, custody disputes and other family law actions can be the most challenging legal issue a person can experience because of the complex emotions involved and the potential serious consequences to both the children involved and your personal finances. We have both the technical skills and experience to successfully represent you with compassion and understanding, making the process as painless as it can possibly be.

Erica May Lotz is a talented and experienced attorney with a wide range of legal skills and practical knowledge.

Erica is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans with the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University College of Law. Erica also studied at the Paris-​Sorbonne University in Paris, France and the University of Vienna School of Law in Austria.
