Established in 2012.

Melba’s Old School Po Boys was founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. We have been giving New Orleans an authentic casual Cajun dining experience since 2012. We hope to provide you a great experience and to add you to our long list of satisfied customers.

Scott is proud to serve the public through Melba’s Old School Po Boys, where quality casual Cajun cuisine is the driving force of the business. Scott has lived in New Orleans all of his life. His previous ventures include Wagoner’s Meats, where he watched the business grow from an idea into a growing business that employs over 300 local New Orleanians. Scott is an avid supporter of his local community and has founded The Vine Outreach center, where they work with troubled youth in the area. Scott hopes to provide you with such a positive experience that you’ll remember to return to Melba’s Old School Po Boys for your next meal.
