Finally! A Payless on the Westbank that isn’t at the mall! What’s that? The mall is closer to my house than this Payless? Don’t confuse me with the facts.
I like Payless. They have really cute shoes for cheap and I am of the belief that you don’t have to pay a lot of money to look good. I am so glad that this Payless has opened, so I have one more reason to avoid Oakwood, which is just a mess. This particular Payless is nice and new and a part of a completely new Algiers complex and they have everything that you would expect from a Payless along with a friendly and welcoming staff.
