I am giving this place 5 stars for their customer service. I wen in on a rainy day looking for rain boots. They ladies working were so nice and friendly. Although they didn’t have them, they told me to check Walgreen’s just down the street. I would have never thought to look there. I found a pair, reasonably priced. I went back to Payless to thank them. I tried to tip, and they refused saying, «I made a customer happy today, and that’s all that matters.»
