Description

Specialties

Ralph & Kacoo’s is The Seafood Restaurant in the heart of the French Quarter! Our menu features a variety of New Orleans cuisine staples (Crawfish Étouffée, Seafood Gumbo and Jambalaya) and plenty of seafood! Oysters, shrimp, crawfish, gator and crab, anyway you like it! Not a seafood fan? We grill our Certified Angus Beef Steaks to absolute perfection!

We offer large banquet facilities for up to 150 as well as an intimate setting for a party of two. Our awards since 1969 are too numerous to list, but we will tell you we’ve been voted «The Best Cajun Seafood in Louisiana» and listed in «Top 100 Places to dine in America». That’s our story. Come by one of our locations and tell us yours!

History

Established in 1969.

We first opened Ralph & Kacoo’s in 1969 on a marshy bend of the old Mississippi called False River. It instantly became a popular place for locals as well as visitors to the area’s busy fishing camps. The fame spread with the speed of an alligator snapping its jaws shut. Ralph & Kacoo’s seafood restaurants soon dotted the landscape across the Southeastern United States.
