WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!!! RAZZOO’S — RIP OFF!!! My wife and I visited there a couple days ago and spent $ 18.25 with a tip of $ 3.75. The transaction I signed was for $ 22.00 total. Just looked at the credit card statement: One transaction for $ 22.00 has already cleared, but there’s another one from the Razzoo’s for the same day for $ 18.25! And, of course, we only went in one time and purchased one round of drinks, so they obviously are trying to double charge us. THEY ARE BUSTED. THEY ARE CROOKS! Watch all your credit card transactions at this place and ALL OTHERS in NOLA. Better yet, go to an ATM and pay everyone with cash if you can — This was one of two fraudulent transactions that Capital One is investigating during just 3 days in NOLA. Copy/​Pasting this review to other sites to get the word out on these scum bags.

Is one of my favorite places in Bourbon Streets… the Puerto Rican entertainer was so cool and the music was awesome!!!

Great music and atmosphere. Friendly staff and of course you cannot beat 3 for 1. Best spot in NOLA on Bourbon if you want to get your dance on.

This place was a great time. For starters, you can’t beat 3 for 1! Great music, great staff, and hysterical patrons. The bartender, Jessica, was a doll and livened the place up! A good time all around!

It’s a bar. On bourbon street. Playing typical club music and getting some older songs in there.
Enjoyed the covered outdoor patio area in the rain. Hype dude on the mic gotta check his voice, but thanks to his bad voice, we discovered the outside area.
Went in during the day, so didn’t experience their nightlife.

FANTASTIC MUSIC AND THE BEST BLOODY MARYS ON BOURBON STREET! they have solid music options and a nice flaming water fall thing outside. by far the best spot on bourbon and the locals will definately tell you to his this spot when your around.
FYI The bloody’s get spicy made with cajun beans, olive juice, and SRIRACHA vodka!!! plus many more secret ingredients.

If you think of stereotypical, young-​ish Bourbon St., this is the epitome of what comes to mind.
Mostly drunken 20 – 30 somethings with some older folks with nothing to lose sprinkled on in. Hosts that keep the party going all day. Literally ALL DAY. Like walk by the place at noon and again at 2 am and you might see the same host on stage pumping up the party like they haven’t been working allllllll day at full throttle. Outside patio area with more bars, a fire pit and more drunken people. Aggressive shot girls galore. People on stage doing things they will regret in the morning. Nonstop dancing in the main area.
Some good things to know

Restrooms are accessed by going outside to the patio :(A NOLA thing?
Stay long enough and participate and win prizes and drinks
Decent AC… this is critical
Very welcoming hosts and crowds
Prudes beware… you should leave.

I had a blast here. A tragic, drunken, caffeine fueled, ratchet blast, but a blast none the less!

Loved the Jell-​O shots! That’s about all the action that happened for us at this stop. Couldn’t help but want to crash a balcony in the courtyard lol!

Razzoo is hard to miss from the street. The stage area is open, inviting people to come in to sing and dance. The blue light shines on the stage where a band performs all the pop hits and some of the classics.
This place has bars on both sides and an outdoor back patio area. The setup is conducive to highlighting the performers and has a dancing area right in front of the stage. We had some mini miller lite’s for a buck, they were really small.
Razzoo also has waitress/​bartender lady’s who go around with injection shots, test tube shots, and regular shots. We had a few of each and were not disappointed.

Saw a nice patio out back with drink specials so my friend and I decided to check it out. There is a fountain with fire coming out the middle, tall heaters by the bar tables, a bar with two tvs, and two side bars for drinks. The girl at the side bar had the 3 for 1 beers so we each got that. While there a girl came around with shots and pretty much won’t leave until you take one. Pretty sultry at giving them to you too.
The front half of the place has a band set-​up with dance floor and a bar on each side. No band was playing and no one on dance floor. Could be more interesting if there were more people in there.

Man oh man did I make some memories here! From open til lord knows when! Three for the price of 1 beers??? Are you kidding me? Had this short girl on stage and befriending everybody! Lol I think I made like 30 new acquaintances lol! The music was good even at 12 pm! The girl on the mic, was so fun and spirited! She was dancing and singing up a storm had me wanting to get on her level and let me tell u, when I finished those three beers I sure did! She played lots of games with the crowd which was so fun! Winners got free shots for prizes! Met so many ppl from Houston which is cool. It was just a really great atmosphere! So diverse and the music was so good! I swear the dance floor was constantly filled with so many ppl! I was one of them! I don’t think we stopped dancing the entire time we were there! I will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and great music. We came here twice because we had so much fun the first night. Decently priced drinks and very friendly staff. Music was fantastic and it was nice if you didn’t want to be in a club atmosphere to have the outdoor area where you could still hear the music. I would return.

Been here three times in the three trips to New Orleans. Love the set up with stage and backyard. Yesterday the phunky monkey was playing and they were off the hook. We stopped by three places before this and stayed at this one as the band was just so good.
The band was super versatile. From soul to jazz to hip hop to prince. I asked them to play prince kiss and they did great.
The last time I was there it was a DJ with a MC. For some reason this place just has a great crowd diverse and fun loving and always good energy. Great for dancing Highly recommend!

My wife and I live in Arkansas, but still have Saints’ season tickets, so we visit New Orleans pretty often. This past weekend, we brought a friend with us. We drove down on Friday and arrived about 6pm. After dinner at the Palace Café (subject of another review) we ended up at Razzoo’s on Bourbon St. Good music, drinks, fun.
They have a stage with live entertainment, several bars, an outdoor patio, plenty of bathrooms, and even when the place is crowded, you don’t feel jammed in.
This recent trip turned out to be very special, as you will understand if you read the rest of my review.
Not long after we arrived, a friend in our party got her wallet picked out of her purse. (It was unzipped.) She noticed it immediately after, and we notified one of the security guys at the door. Within seconds, there were multiple employees around, including the manager on duty, asking questions. They went and checked the security video, and got perfect images of the two thieves. Several of the security guys spread into the French Quarter while one of them took a copy of the video to the local police precinct two blocks away.
My wife and I accompanied our friend to the police station to file a police report, but not really expecting that much would result from it. Were we wrong.
Within two hours of the theft, the two culprits were arrested by a Louisiana state trooper. One of Razzoo’s security guys was combing the Quarter, came across the perps with another mark, and grabbed a trooper who was assigned to that street. The two were arrested without a problem. A search turned up nothing but a couple of hundred dollars in cash.
The manager on duty was named Reuben, and he told us that Razzoo’s had recently put in a new security camera system. After the state trooper showed us his copy of the video, it was obvious that the investment by the club was worth the money. The clarity of the picture was perfect and it identified the thieves without question.
Turned out that one of the arrested pickpockets had just been paroled from prison the day before after serving 25 years of a 40-​year sentence for murder. (!) So much for that early release.
We will go to Razzoo’s more often after this experience.
Part 2 — The next morning, our friend got a call from a woman from Florida who had found her personal effects in an alley where the thieves discarded them after the crime. She had googled our friend’s name, found her on LinkedIn, saw her resume online that included the phone number and called. (The wonders of modern technology.) We met with the woman and her husband later that day, and our friend got her driver’s license, credit cards, personal papers, etc all returned to her. (I have to admit that if I hadn’t seen all this with my own eyes, I never would have believed that this kind of outcome was possible.)
Thank you, Razzoo’s for reminding us that there are more good people in our society than bad.
Note: The club is undergoing renovations on their patio area this week and announced that they would be closed for a few days while this work is going on. If you walk by and they’re open, go.

Came to this place late Friday night and had a blast! They have great entertainment on stage and it can get pretty crowded but you can still find a spot and not have people bump into you constantly so that was nice. They play great music and have good drinks (Hurricane isn’t super strong but good for the price and size). There’s a cool outdoor patio area in the back which is a bit quieter and they have a fountain with fire in it. It’s a really fun place and I’d definitely come back here!

This place is always jumping with active people, great music and good time. I always make an effort to come here when ever visiting New Orleans. Great place strong and good drinks. Fun times always

So get this:

She is the spirit animal of Bourbon Street.

This is where we always bring our unsuspecting out of town friends.
Always scares the crap out of them.
Never gets old.
Also — 3 for 1 drinks till 8 everyday and drunk tourists everywhere.

We only had beers on the patio during the day, so not much to judge. Beer was 3 for 7.25 which was a deal. Atmosphere on patio was nice. The inside area was way too cold so we were happy to be outside.

One of the many stops along bourbon street that plays a good amount of hip-​hop mixed in with some pop.
There is an inside (bar) which basically looked like a club and then the back (patio) where all the smokers are.
Girls Bathroom in the back was dirty but hey what do you expect with hundreds of drunks all day.
We got 2 hurricanes from the back about $ 18 for both and the drink definitely did not creep up on us.
A friend got us a shot of fireball (from the test tubes the girls walk around us) $ 3.
The people around are friendly and and was also fun to people watch.
Cool spot to check out but nothing special to go back for.

Razzo is another great bar on Bourbon Street with great live music and dancing.
The band here was very good, playing current Top 40 covers and most of the crowd was dancing. The difference between here and the Famous Door is that the band was actually having people get on stage and dance with them.
The cocktails here are 3 for 1 — a definite bargain. Three shots for one? Yes please! They even put your drink in a sturdy reusable cup that is great for walking around in NOLA.
The staff wasn’t too overall friendly in here. I really don’t recall any one of them smiling at all. Don’t let that stop you from visiting, though. The great live music is worth the stop!
