I’m so disappointed in this place. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. I drop my bag off over 2 weeks ago to get sewn up and the straps fixed. He told me 5 days and he would give me a call if it got done sooner. I went in and talked to him he told me he couldn’t find the right zipper that he would call me Monday. I waited and I waited I got no phone call so I called them they’re closed on Monday. Now the main zipper is broken it wasn’t broken when I took it there somehow he broke it while he was fixing the other thing. What little bit of sewing needed he did it in a very very light thread that doesn’t even match the bag. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else don’t go there.
