Only 4 stars because it’s take out only, no outside seating. So pop in one day when you’re in the neighborhood.
I ordered hot sausage dressed with cheese, (12in sub) on french bread.

this is a local grocery poboy shop in gentilly terrace. located near the brown derby, and serves up all kinds of deli, salads, asian food, plus grocery. two ladies sit behind bullet proof glass, and are very helpful and yet short. If I really need something I go here, but not too often. each time I get approached by unsavory types in the parking lot.
they boast poboys, and beyond, and today I had a shrimp poboy. real lite on the shrimp so that was unfortunate. had it been overstuffed It would’ve been one great sandwich, but today was one bite shrimp one bite bread.
on the whole tho? they serve the surrounding community, and do their best in an oasis of wishing more corner stores were her.
