We view every commission as a serious real estate investment vehicle; we believe that what we do should add true extrinsic value immediately to these buildings. Peter Waring is an architect with 30 years experience in all aspects of Architectural Practice including residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, federal, community, worship, and sporting facilities. This work has garnered a number of awards including recognition from the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission, the City of New Orleans, the Jefferson Parish Department of Safety and Permits, and others.
