We serve the finest hand-​crafted brisket, pork, chicken and mild and hot sausage links in Pasco County. We serve a true Oklahoma-​style barbecue: dry rubbed with our own hand made original rub and smoked low and slow over pecan and cherry for that wonderful, mellow smokey taste.

All our sides are made fresh daily from scratch.

Dave’s Barbecue started with a simple idea: bring fresh, hand-​crafted Oklahoma-​style barbecue to Florida and delight in the folks that come to enjoy it.

When we met, she was in Australia and I was in Tulsa, Ok. Almost from day one, we knew we’d be cooking together. We shared a love for cooking and for putting smiles on people’s faces. It didnt take long to decide on barbecue.

We worked hard to perfect our rubs, smoking techniques and sides and meanwhile, we added a barbecue concession trailer.

In April 2015, we relocated to New Port Richey with immediate plans to start cooking. We found a great little place inside a Mobil gas station at Little Rd and Embassy and here we are.

From the beginning, everything had to be made from scratch, and we do that every day.

In the end, we want to create that backyard barbecue you remember. Family and friends, good food, conversation and the desire to do it again as soon as possible.
