I humbly apologize I previously stated that Tony was great. The mans name Is Tommy… Tommy is the greatest guy well trained in customer service. I spent 10 yrs in Management for a retail buisness. I know all about how hard it is to please everyone all the time. once in a while someone is gonna want everything for nothing and you cant always do it and keep the doors open. TOMMY does the job the best way you can. He strives to be personable and describe the work and what to expect. Tommy is goona take care of you. Please tell him Craig sent you I get nothing for it. I just want him to know I cared enough to tell as many as I could tell, Tommy makes econo in NPR florida work.
