Wonderful people very honest. I have been using them for 15 years and 4 different homes. Just 2 days ago we had Steve come out to check our unit it was making some awful noises. Steve looked it over oiled the fan motor charged just $ 75.00 service call. Our unit is 10 years old so we asked about a new one and he told us NO we would be wasting our money the unit was fine and it still had plenty of life left in it.
