Millian-​Aire is proud to be a family-​owned air conditioning and heating company with four generations of the Millian family involved in working in various parts of the company. We have been providing quality air conditioning services and heating services in the Tampa Bay area since 1987.

It began with family helping family when Mike and Faye Millian moved from New York to Florida in order to work with their son Howard Millian in the air conditioning and heating business. Since that time this air conditioning company has grown exponentially. It appears that quality workmanship and professional service do pay off!

From our small beginnings in 1987 with only one service truck and one employee we have seen tremendous growth and are now proud to have twenty-​five service trucks and over thirty employees available to assist our valued clientele in their every air conditioning and heating need.
