Dr. Perich is probably a great doctor, because he did awesome surgery on my husband’s eyes, but the Office staff needs a class in «Common Sense» Questioning. My husband was asked today 2÷2÷2016 questions about his health, Medications, and if he had any Medication allergies? Let me give a Little History about this review, my husband’s last surgery was 2 weeks ago. Before making a call to a patient Most Proficient Doctor Offices would have the patient’s record in front of them, before asking any questions about their patient’s Health history. Then The person who was asking the questions, was argumentative with us «That’s What I was told to ask!» OKAYYYY, but before asking questions, have the patients record in front of you. Not only will this help a person asking questions, but questions that were possibly missed 2 weeks ago. A GREATQUESTION would be «Has Anything changed in your Health or Medication within the last 2 weeks?» If the answer is «NO!» Then the call could move onto«Be sure not to Eat or Drink after Midnight.» ENDOFCALL, not 10 – 15 minutes of same questions you had already answered 2 weeks ago. Then close the call with«Do you have any Questions of Me?»(Common Sense). Not only is this more«Proficient and a «Great use of Time Management», it clears up more time for the person to either do more Office work or calling another patient. AND at no time should an Employee of a Facility Argue with a Patient take a minute go get the patient’s Medical Record, read through it real quick, and then come back to the patient if you’re unsure of anything that is missed you can continue asking missed questions. This is Creative Criticism and may help the Office Staff moving forward, but of course it may not be perceived that way. My husband called back to the Office and staff told him the Supervisor would call him back. Within about 15 minutes, the Director of the Facility«Kim» apologized for the Staffer that called and confirmed these Staffers don’t have the Patient’s Records in front of them all the time when making calls to the patient meaning inefficiency on the Staffers part. I am hoping these issues can be resolved, because it would definitely match the professionalism of the Doctor and Kim.

I was thrilled with my experience here! The staff is professional, yet friendly. My exam was thorough and everyone took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Jan in the eyewear boutique was fabulous! Not only did she help me find some gorgeous frames but made some great suggestions that saved me money on the lenses(no small feat considering my prescription). Plus my insurance covered my visit which I was not expecting. I’ll definitely be back again!
