History

Established in 1991.

Qualified was founded in 1991 to handle the complex range of services required by the growing number of community associations in West Central Florida. Today, Qualified is one of the largest companies in our area. We are headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida and have a 2^nd location in the Southern Pinellas area.

Qualified Property Management, Inc., a member of the Community Associations Institute, is a full service professional property management organization, dedicated to serving the needs of our Condominium, Co-​op and Homeowners’ Association clients on the Florida Suncoast. We currently serve Communities all throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties.

We act as an agent for the Association’s Board of Directors, or for a Developer or Builder beginning a community project, and offer complete servicing in administration, financial management, and property maintenance.
