We drove from out of town for a soccer camp when our window stopped working. During our 4 hour wait at the shop (no fault of theirs as they had to order a part) the owner tried his best to keep our restless 6 yr old daughter occupied with paper and markers to draw. The owner was nice and professional and worked as fast as he could once the parts arrived. The receptionist was frank and to the point but nice too. I like helping out mom and pop shops.
