A PERFECT FIT FOR MY MOM… I am very protective of my mom. As her health rapidly declined and led her down the road to dementia, I had to accept the fact that her daily living needs were more than I could handle on my own. This in itself was a difficult reality to face. As I researched potential memory care communities, I had unwavering standards: a loving, attentive staff who would appreciate my mom’s personality and sense of humor; the ability to provide outstanding medical care; and exceptional food service that my mom would look forward to eating on a daily basis. Fortunately for our family, the Villas have continued to meet the standard we have set. Whenever I have had a concern or a question, no matter how trivial, they welcome the opportunity to dialog. Whenever I visit with my mom, regardless of the time of day or night, I am welcomed and addressed by name. The only thing I wish the Villas had is a larger outdoor patio area for the residents.
