Rybak Brothers Construction is one of the Twin Cities leading contractors, with our Master Elite status we are ranked in the top 3% of all contractors nationwide. Commercial and residential roofing, siding, and gutters are our specialty. Founded in 2004 by Richard Rybak, we have completed thousands of projects in Minnesota and have done so maintaining an A+ BBB rating. Our Storm Restoration division has highly trained inspectors to help with your emergency claims and provide top notch storm damage inspections.

Chris Nidelkoff was born in St. Paul, MN in 1982 and moved Gainesville, FL in 1990 which is where he stayed until 2000. In March of 2000 Chris took his first sales job at Dunlo Motors in Crystal, MN. After working there for almost a year he was offered a position with Grossman Chevrolet/​Cadillac in Burnsville, MN. He accepted the position at Grossman in early 2001 and that is where is ‘sales’ career started to take off. It wasn’t long before he was one of the top salesmen in a company with 30+ salesmen. He developed a great referral base and ALWAYS went above and beyond to make sure that his customers had a great experience and were excited to refer their friends and family members to him. Chris understood the fact that most sales people are viewed as ‘pushy’ and ‘uncaring’. So he learned to really take the time to listen to what people needed and continuously exceeded expectations.
