John R.

Business Owner

John has been involve in this location since 1986 when his other company EverTech Corporation purchased unit 104 of what was then Plaza South at Murray Hill, an office condominium.

Two years later another unit was purchased and EverTech was now occupying 25% of the building.

Three years later the real estate holdings of EverTech were spun off to Automated Properties Inc. Three years later Automated Properties purchased unit 101 & 102, this was now 50% of the buiding.

In 2004, Properties Automated LLC was form which purchased 100% of the building and changed it from an office condominium to a fee simple ownership property.

For the next six months there were many rennovations completed and the building was then fully occupied. I enjoy the hands on management and take pride in this facility which I have extensively involved with since 1986.
