Fresh Fields is unique. Our products are prepared daily, from scratch, using the highest-quality ingredients possible.
Many of the recipes such as our popular Tomato Basil and Chicken Wild Rice soups are favorites from our own homes.
Fresh Fields offers a comfortable, refined atmosphere where patrons can enjoy a generous selection of breakfast pastries, a satisfying lunch or dinner, or a well-deserved opportunity to relax with an espresso and a slice of indulgence from our patisserie. Bön appetit!

Established in 2004.
Fresh Fields is a Family Business
Owners David and Jennifer Michaud have joined the Fresh Field with over 30 combined years in the hospitality industry. They have always dreamed of owning their own bakery.
Jen Michaud started her career as a Director of Training for a successful, upscale-casual restaurant concept in Colorado. For ten years, she built training programs that focused on company culture and quality service standards. In 2005, Jen took a position in Minneapolis as the Director of Training for a growing lodging company; ultimately rounding out her knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Dave Michaud started in the restaurant business in 1984 bussing tables and within four years moved into management. His joy of talking with the guests while exceeding their expectations led to upper management positions in high volume restaurants. Throughout the years, Dave worked tirelessly knowing that his dedication to learning the industry would lead to owning a restaurant of his own.
