Chad began his construction career in 1989 working for his dad’s construction company. He received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 1993. Chad worked for two other construction companies in the Greater Cincinnati area until 2003 when he founded Paragon Custom Builders.
