Established in 2000.

Christopher Greco has over 15 years of residential appraising experience throughout New York, including Westchester County, Rockland County, Putnam County, Bronx County, Queens County, Nassau County and New York City. Christopher Greco is an approved appraiser for the U.S. Federal Housing Administration (FHA) with credentials based on the certification criteria issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation. As an FHA appraiser inspector Christopher Greco has completed hundreds of inspections for potential home buyers and their lenders.
