I ordered the 20′ Valley Forge Flag Pole Kit. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I received and erected it in May of 2014. In July, I was tying off the flag when the cheap cleat that was included snapped off. I noticed the gold ornamental ball that sits at the top of the pole has already faded to an ugly silver-​ish color. I asked them via email if they would waive shipping costs for me to purchase an improved cleat from them. Tried twice and never received a reply of any type. Attempted to write a review on the cleat that snapped and they wouldn’t publish it. Attempted to write a review on the flagpole and again, they wouldn’t publish it. Never trust a company that won’t publish your reviews. This business lacks honesty and integrity.
