Alfi’s is a local tailor that also specializes in uniforms. This place seems to be a local cop hangout spot (likely in part because specializing in uniforms) and the inside of the shop is fully decorated with right wing political statements such as anti Obama type stickers. This may make some people, myself included, feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. That being said, Alfi himself is a man of good humor and cracked a few jokes. He made many skillful tailoring observations and the prices are fair. H forgot to re hem one of the suits I brought in – didn’t notice till I got home. Toss up whether I’d go back.
