This location is the best fast food joint in Vails Gate. The orders are ALWAYS accurate, the employees are friendly, and the wait times are normally short. On the few occasions I’ve had to wait they explain what is cooking and how long it will be. I dont mind waiting if I’m getting food cooked at that moment. The food is also less greasy than McDonald’s and the new fries are similiar to Wendy’s.

Went through the drive-​thru late on a Saturday night. There was only one car in front of me and there was a little bit of a wait. It seemed like they might’ve had a staffing shortage. The girl at the window was very pleasant, friendly, and polite. The order came out correct and the food was hot. I’ve been inside here on prior occasions and it’s relatively clean in here. The wait times aren’t great, but that appears to just be mismanagement since the employees were actively working to get their jobs done.

Located in the K-​Mart shopping center there is not much to say about a BK other than to say this location has plenty of seating, drive thru and within close proximity of shopping center.
