Aromatic Informative Bodywork® comes with uniquely crafted Touch Fitness Aromatherapy Massage Oils and choreographs classic Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Sports and Medical Massage techniques with dance and movement education concepts such as: Imagery, Guided Visualization, Ritual 1– Intention-​Based Aromatherapy®, The Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais. Regular Aromatic Informative Bodywork® is the boost you want to assist you in functioning and feeling your best.

All Touch Fitness Massage Oils are made fresh, by hand by Certified Aromatherapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, Sherrin Bernstein, LMT using the studied use of 100% pure essential oils and base oils.

History

Established in 1987.

Sherrin has been a health, wellness and fitness professional since teaching stretch and tone and other classes starting in 1987. Her interest in holistic therapies began while at NYU, which she graduated from in 1990 with a B.A. in Dance and a minor in the Comparison of Non-​Traditional and Traditional Injury Rehabilitation Techniques.

In 1999 she graduated from the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy and is a Licensed in New York and Florida. A member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy and The New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapists, she continues to add to her knowledge and explore opportunities in massage therapy and aromatherapy. She is the founder of Attract Essentials®, Everything You Need to Attract Everything You Want. Ritual 1™, «Intention-​Based Aromatherapy”™ a water-​based mist, is her launch product which she crafted as a manifestation tool. Sherrin currently runs a private practice in Midtown East, NYC.
