History

Established in 1978.

Barry was a key writer for Jim Henson and the Muppets. His Broadway show Starmites was nominated for Best Musical TONY Award (plus 5 other nominations). Directed Penn and Teller’s first stage performance. His musical Jungle Book received rave reviews at 42nd Street’s New Victory Theater. His puppet extravaganza The Garbage Can-​tata played throughout the NYC school system and was featured on Earth Day at The United Nations.

Business Owner

Barry received a BA from Amherst College. Had his first Broadway show produced in 1989 (TONY Nominated) Today it’s one of the biggest HS Musicals in the country. He currently directs Broadway’s Annual Theatre World Awards. Happy customers for puppet shows, twist balloons, and face painting are Madonna, Chris Rock, John McEnroe, Kathleen Turner, Kevin Kline, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.) His latest innovation is unique movie features created by the children themselves – fully scored, lavish «green screen» sets, titles, editing, etc. something for children and parents to have forever. He directed the show that led to Meat Loaf: Bat Out Of Hell.
