3.1 Phillip Lim opened their first freestanding store in the SoHo district of New York City in 2007. The store’s interior echoes the brands raison d’etre which is to provide everyday classics, accented with a sense of madness.

Open daily, the store stocks seasonal ready-​to-​wear pieces from the brand’s womenswear and menswear collections, as well as accessories, including shoes, handbags, and eyewear.

I’ve been meaning to visit the store for a while now since it’s one block over from where I now live. They are only really open during the middle of the day (11−7pm Monday through Saturday and 12−6pm on Sundays) and so it’s been hard to find the time to come visit, despite it being so close.
Today I finally got the chance to drop by. It’s a wonderful store, super airy and spacious. I ended up purchasing a medium Pashli in this lovely pastel peachy pink color. Service was great — Angel was super helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend this store and I’m eagerly awaiting the opportunity to use my new bag.

The service was professional and they were all super friendly. Prior to me going to the store, I called and Spoke someone who offered to put the bags aside but I told her no worries. I walked in and she knew who I was. She helped me right away. I had a hard time deciding what bag to get so she brought all several colors and within 10 minutes, I was out the door. Great Service. I wish I remembered her name !!!

I came into this location knowing exactly what I wanted. Granted I could have easily went to Saks or ordered from Shopbop to purchase this bag, but I figured going to the shop would give me the «Phillip Lim» experience. I did not receive that. I was not greeted warmly at the door. Nor did the sales associate seem to want to help me. Maybe because I was dressed down and didn’t look like I could afford the bag. Either way, I’m a manager of a luxury retailer and none of my sales associates conduct themselves in such a manner. Definitely train your associates on customer service! I would have purchased other items had she been more friendly!

I think brilliantly done men’s clothing is with a high price, but this is nowhere near creative enough to justify the ridiculous prices they’re asking. The ideal shopper is obscenely rich, 90 pounds and 5′ 2″.

I Love this designer, particularly the accessories. The service here is great. Not pushy, friendly, and they help you make a decision. Previously, I’ve only purchased 3.1 from Barneys…
I came in to pick up a bag before a vacation, and had some trouble deciding. Ended up exchanging a few times, and they gave me no problems with this. I call that EXCELLENT service. I can be a bit indecisive, and the pressure of taking it out of town and wanting to have the right item, PLUS they keep selling out of these bags very quickly — so I was torn between two styles.
Now after ALL of that, one of the clasps broke after wearing the bag 2 times! ARGGG. So upset, as I love the bag, and hoping that it’s a fluke or just maybe this particular style. Hoping they will be able to help me out.

If I could pick just one designer to fill my closet, I would chose Phillip Lim. The designs are feminine without ever being precious. The clothes can go casual or be dressed up. I also think Lim mixes incredibly well with low-​end stuff too, so these pieces really balance out a wardrobe.
I recently stopped in to pick up a bag, and the quality of the leather and the look of the bag could justify a cost of twice as much.

i stumbled upon this store and I really loved the space, and the collection. I always shop on sale (paying retail is for suckers and the rich) and have found some great buys here. This is on my checklist of places to shop from now on.

Nothing bad to say about Philip Lim! I am in love with his collection! I wish I could fill my closet with all of his chic pieces! You can dress up his blouses or even throw on some jeans for weekend wear. His clothes are timeless and sophisticated.
The boutique is cute and the sales people are top notch too.

i have never really been interested in phillip lim, but the boutique in soho, changed that. Although i could never wear any of it, for you have to be basically be a board with no curves what so ever to wear any of their clothes, it was still a really nice store. Also, the whole store had been perfumed over with a flowery scent which was a nice touch and the staff was very nice and relaxed.
