A-1 Technology

I have used A-​1 services for my website. They have plenty of talent in different aspects of IT programming — software, web, creative etc. And withing those areas they have multi-​talented staff; for example for the web, they have people for PHP, ASP, MySQL, Oracle, Apache etc.
The rate options i was offered were $ 18/​hour for a minimum of 120 hours to be used in a month. Or $ 30/​hour for a minimum of 120 hours that don’t expire. I chose the latter.
The quality of work overall was good. BUT I realized several problems:
1) The project managers are almost useless. They know almost nothing about technology so it is hard for them to understand the problem and therefore get the right staff to solve problems.
2) If you are a small business, they put you on the «back burner» and don’t respond to emails or postings on their task extranet in a timely fashion.
3) I have 8 hours left and they basically told me they told have time for me anymore.
