A Senegalese Cruisine Reastaurant. Their service is great and the food is delicious. Especially their Dibi Guinaar. Grilled Chicken and Grilled Lamb.

Wow reminds me of the authentic back home flowered cooking of west Africa. A must try if in Harlem it one of a kind.

Wow, love this place. After 17yrs on 116th st, they are now conveniently located around the corner from Bill’s Place, making it the perfect stop for a late dinner after jazz. The place is open until 1am which should give you enough time to work your way through the whole menu. You’ll want to! But start here: The Lamb Mafe, a lamb peanutty curry, that has a hint of an Indonesian Satay peanut sauce mixed with Senegalese spices. AMAZING! The restaurant is quite small(about 10 tables total) so the waiters were super attentive and friendly. Great recommendations and conversation if you want it. We’ll definitely be back after our next jazz night…

Africa Kine has returned! I was a regular at their old location on 116st. I’m so glad they finally opened at their new location. The Dibi(lamb) taste even better than I remembered! I just love their white rice with cooked and raw onions. I think I’ll be going back in a day or so for their grilled fish. The food here and fantastic and I would recommend to anyone. This location is about a quarter the size of the old location, but still very cozy and clean. The service is always top notch and the staff extremely friendly. Welcome back Africa Kine!

Hallelujah, can I get an amen?! Africa Kine reopened, y’all! I had to jump on this because I am honored to be the first to review this most wonderful, delectable gem of a restaurant that is finally back open after its long awaited relocation further uptown. It happened to be one of the more tragic victims of gentrification when, last year, its original home on 116th&8th closed down to make way for what I can only assume to be a condo. Le Petit Senegal — R.I.P. The food at Africa Kine is so good my friends and I would be in Brooklyn and would hop on the A/C to get our full of its Senegalese staples. I’ve never had a bad thing here: I’m a big fan of the grilled fish. The rice is some of the best I’ve ever(yes, I’m raving about rice). The chicken, lamb, all of the sides — amazing! You can see the full menu here: I will be updating this review to see how service may have changed. It’s usually slow and you might get the baked fish instead of the grilled, or some other mix up with your order. Your best bet is to just take what you get; it’s all good, anyway.
