This is my second time working with Bohemia Realty. Agueda guided me through finding the perfect apartment which was great; I not only had a seamless search for a place but I also gained a friend. When we first began our search she asked me what were the things I wanted in an apartment. I was looking for the following:

Once we began to look at apartments I was surprised that I liked all of the places. Throughout our appointments, we met and viewed apartments on 3 different occasions, our showings just kept getting better. Finally we walked into an apartment that met all of our requirements. Agueda was consistent, responsive, supportive, attentive and a listener in finding my new apartment. She has been working in real estate in NYC for 5 years and will honestly tell you the truth about an area, apartment or situation that you are about to walk into. On top of all that she is just a great person and very pleasant to be around which matters because apartment hunting in NYC can be very stressful.
